摘 要:本研究采用乳液共混法制备了二氧化硅@多壁碳纳米管/天然橡胶(SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR)复合材料,使用TEM对SiO_(2)@MWCNTs纳米复合填料进行形貌表征,通过万能拉力试验机对制备的纳米复合材料进行力学性能进行分析,并利用热重-微商热重(TG-DTG)在不同的升温速率下研究了在氮气氛围中少量纳米SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR复合材料的热降解动力学,实验结果表明:接枝二氧化硅的碳纳米管呈现离散分布状态,二氧化硅也没有明显团聚。SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR复合材料的断裂拉伸应力比NR提高了56.84%,断裂伸长率降低了13.66%;通过非模型法如Kissinger法和Bosewell法求取热降解过程的活化能E等参数,从而对纳米SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR复合材料与NR空白样品的热降解过程进行比较,得到两种样品在热降解反应过程中动力学参数的差异,进而指导样品的使用。SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR was prepared using the emulsion blending method.The SiO_(2)@MWCNTs was characterized using transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the mechanical properties of SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR composites were analyzed.The thermal degradation kinetics of a small amount of SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR nanocomposite under a nitrogen atmosphere was studied at different heating rates using thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermogravimetry(TG-DTG).The experimental results showed that the carbon nanotubes grafted with silica showed a discrete distribution state,and silica did not significantly agglomerate.The tensile strength of SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR composites was 56.84%higher than that of NR.In comparison,the elongation at break decreased by 13.66%.The activation energy E and other kinetic parameters of the thermal degradation process were obtained using non-modeling methods such as Kissinger,and Bosewell.The thermal degradation processes of SiO_(2)@MWCNTs/NR nanocomposites and NR samples were compared.The differences in the kinetic parameters of the two samples during the thermal degradation reaction were determined,guiding the use of the samples.
