摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸十八酯、N-苄基马来酰亚胺和丙烯酰胺为原料合成了针对于克拉玛依油砂沥青的新型油溶性共聚降粘剂。对单体配比、引发剂用量、反应温度等影响条件进行了优化,探究了降黏剂用量和温度等因素对降黏效果的影响。确定了该降黏剂的聚合反应条件为:聚合单体摩尔比为10∶4∶3,引发剂用量为单体总质量的1.0%,反应温度为85℃。在降黏剂添加量1000 mg·kg^(-1),反应温度50℃,反应时间60 min时降黏效果最好,在此条件下的降黏率为35.7%。The novel oil-soluble copolymerization viscosity depressants to Karamay oil sand bitumen were synthesized by octadecyl methacrylate,N-benzyl maleimid and acrylamide.The molar ratio of the raw materials and the amount of the initiator affecting the rate of viscosity were optimized.The effects of copolymerization viscosity reducers dosage and temperature were investigated.The polymerization conditions of the viscosity reducer were determined by molar ratio of polymerized monomer was 10∶4∶3,the quantity of initiator was 1% of the total mass of the monomers,the reaction temperature was 85℃.The optimum application conditions are as follows:viscosity reducer dosage is 1000 mg/kg,application temperature is 50℃and application time is 60min.Under these conditions,the viscosity reduction rate is the highest,which is 35.7%.
