摘  要:催化裂化是石油化工中最重要的炼油工艺之一,其中高活性沸石催化剂是重油催化裂化的关键。但重油的复杂组成和恶劣的反应环境使沸石催化剂易失活,不利于重油转化和产品质量提升。本文综述了沸石催化剂在重油催化裂化过程中的失活机理,阐明了其抗失活方法,如金属负载改性、结构调控、尺寸调控及添加剂使用等。Catalytic cracking is one of the most important refining processes in petrochemical industry.The highly active zeolite catalyst is the key to heavy oil catalytic cracking.However,the complex composition of heavy oil and the harsh reaction environment make zeolite catalysts prone to deactivation,which is not conducive to heavy oil conversion and product quality improvement.This article reviews the deactivation mechanism of zeolite catalysts in heavy oil catalytic cracking process,and elucidates the anti deactivation methods of molecular sieve catalysts,such as metal loading modification,structural regulation,size regulation,and additive use.
