大健康背景下加快我国酸枣仁产业发展的策略

摘　　要：随着大健康战略的提出及人们健康意识的增强,酸枣仁国内外市场需求前景广阔,同时在乡村振兴政策的拉动下,酸枣仁产业迎来最佳历史机遇期。如何抓住机遇对酸枣仁产业发展具有重要意义。该研究采用实地调查和文献查阅法对酸枣仁产业发展的比较优势,发展困境进行深入分析。结果表明:酸枣仁产业在种植面积、市场价格、种植收益、加工工艺和品牌建设方面具有比较优势,同时也存在种质资源杂乱、种植管理缺乏规范、人工成本较高、采收抢青现象普遍、副产物利用率低等困境。提出选育推广优良品种、出台种植管理规范、加快研发山地机械、遏制采收抢青现象和提高副产物利用率等建议。With the proposal of the grand health strategy and the enhancement of people′s health consciousness,the market demand of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen has a broad prospect.Meanwhile,under the pull of the rural revitalization policy,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry has ushered in the best opportunity period.How to seize the opportunity is of great significance to the development of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry.In this study,field investigation and literature review were used to analyze the comparative advantages and development difficulties of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry.The results showed that Ziziphi Spinosae Semen industry had comparative advantages in planting area,market price,planting income,processing technology and brand building,but there were also difficulties such as disorderly germplasm resources,lack of standardized planting management,high labor cost,earlier harvesting,low utilization rate of by-products.Finally,some suggestions were put forword,such as selecting and promoting good varieties,issuing planting management standards,speeding up the research and development of mountain machinery,curbing the phenomenon of earlier harvesting,improving the utilization rate of by-products.
