西红花新品种‘番红2号’的选育研究

摘　　要：目的:选育综合性状优良的西红花新品种。方法:以建德西红花农家种辐射变异种质中优选出的2012B为试验材料,经品系比较、区域试验,对其主要农艺性状、生育期、抗逆性、产量和品质等方面进行综合评价,最终选育出综合性状优良的西红花新品种‘番红2号’。结果:‘番红2号’在2018-2020年浙江省西红花品种区域试验中,平均球茎、鲜花丝产量分别为7 367.93 kg/hm^(2)和28.3 kg/hm^(2),分别比对照增产14.3%和32.1%,均达显著水平;其药材主要有效成分西红花苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ总量为16.12%,苦番红花素含量为9.92%;吸光度0.586,吸光度比值0.898,均符合2020年版中国药典(一部)标准要求。结论:西红花新品种‘番红2号’具有丰产性好、花丝产量高、品质优、抗病性强等特点,于2022年4月通过浙江省农作物品种认定委员会认定。Objective:To breed a new variety of Crocus sativus with excellent comprehensive characters.Methods:The 2012B selected from the radiation variant germplasm of Jiande native variety of Crocus sativus was used as the experimental material.Through variety test of line and regional,the main agronomic characters,growth period,resistance,yield and quality were comprehensively evaluated,and a new variety Fanhong No.2′of Crocus sativus with excellent comprehensive characters was finally selected.Results:The average corm and filament yield of Fanhong No.2′were 7367.93 kg/hm^(2) and 28.3 kg/hm^(2),respectively,in the regional experiment of variety in Zhejiang Province from^(2)018 to 2020,which were 14.3%and 32.1%higher than that of the control,both reaching extremely significant levels.The total amount of crocinⅠandⅡwas 16.12%,the content of crocin was 9.92%,the absorbance was 0.586,the ratio of absorbance was 0.898,all in line with the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).Conclusion:The new variety Fanhong No.2′of Crocus sativus has the characteristics of high yielding ability,high filament yield,good quality and strong disease resistance,and which is scrutinized by Zhejiang Provincial Crop Variety Identification Committee in April 2022.
