摘  要:目的:研究裕丹参的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、半制备HPLC等多种色谱方法对裕丹参50%丙酮提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和波谱特征进行结构鉴定。结果:从裕丹参干燥根和根茎中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:nimbidiol(1)、1S-hydroxy-anhydride of 16R-cryptotanshinone(2)、grandifolia C(3)、perovskiaol(4)、2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5-formyl-1,3-benzodioxole(5)、secoisolariciresinol(6)、异落叶松脂素(7)、2,3-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-5-benzofuranpropanol(8)、黑麦草内酯(9)、3-oxo-α-ionone(10)、催吐萝芙木醇(11)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza from Fangcheng,Henan.Methods:The chemical constituents of 50%acetone extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza from Fangcheng,Henan were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative HPLC and other methods,the structures of the compounds were identified according to the physiochemical proper-ties and spectral data.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza roots and rhizomes and identified as nimbidiol(1),1S-hydroxy-anhydride of 16R-cryptotanshinone(2),grandifolia C(3),perovskiaol(4),2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5-formyl-1,3-benzodioxole(5),secoisolariciresinol(6),isolariciresinol(7),2,3-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-me-thoxy-5-benzofuranpropanol(8),loliolide(9),3-oxo-α-ionone(10),vomifoliol(11),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isola-ted from Salvia miltiorrhiza for the first time.
