摘  要:针对SWRCH22A自钻自攻螺丝扭力不足提前断裂的问题,对不合格样品进行化学成分、宏观分析、金相检测、电镜能谱检测分析。结果表明,导致扭力不足的原因有氢脆、热处理组织不良及牙底裂纹。并提出了电镀后驱氢处理、加强热处理工艺管控、提高加工精度等改进措施。In order to solve the problem of premature breakage of self-drilling and self-tapping screws SWRCH22A with insufficient torque,unqualified samples were retrieved for chemical composition,macro analysis,metallography detection and electron microscope energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the causes of insufficient torque are hydrogen embrittlement,poor organization of heat treatment and cracks in the tooth base.The improvement measures such as strengthening heat treatment process control,hydrogen displacement after electroplating and improving machining precision are put forward.
