摘  要:对非真空熔炼的NiSiCu合金产品质量异常原因进行分析。通过合金成分分析和性能检测及合金生产现场观察,发现合金中添加的Ni、Si元素的总量低、Ni/Si质量比不理想,导致了合金硬度偏低;另外,合金中的Fe元素等杂质含量偏高,降低了合金的导电率。实施改进措施后,生产的NiSiCu合金产品质量和合格率均得到较大的提高。This paper analyzes the reasons for the quality anomalies in non-vacuum melted Ni-Si-Cu alloy products.Through alloy composition analysis,property test,and observation on alloy production site,it was discovered that the total amount of added Ni and Si elements in the alloy is low,and the Ni/Si mass ratio is unsatisfactory,resulting in a lower alloy hardness.In addition,the high content of impurities such as Fe in the alloy reduced electrical conductivity.After implementing the improvement measures,both the quality and qualified rate of the produced Ni-Si-Cu alloy products have been greatly improved.
