摘  要:以某炼钢厂五流大方坯连铸中间包为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,研究不同控流装置及操作参数下的中间包内钢液流动特性。研究结果表明,设计结构合理的湍流器、挡墙和挡坝组合的中间包结构,对钢液流动状态具有重要影响,可延长中间包内钢液停留时间,达到去除夹杂物和均匀各流钢水温度的冶金效果。优化后的中间包结构能够更好地满足高品质特钢质量的要求。This article takes the tundish for a five-strand bloom continuous casting machine of a steel-making plant as the research object,and uses numerical simulation methods to study the flow characteristics of molten steel in the tundish under different flow control devices and operating parameters.The research results indicate that a reasonably designed tundish structure with a combination of turbulence dampers,retaining walls,and dams has a significant impact on the flow state of molten steel.It can extend the residence time of molten steel in the tundish,and achieve metallurgical effects of removing inclusions and unifying the temperature of molten steel in each flow.The optimized tundish structure can better meet the requirements of high-quality special steel.
