摘　　要：针刺疗法能够有效改善纤维肌痛综合征(FM)患者的相关症状,疗效确切、安全无毒副作用,已广泛应用于临床。作者查阅近五年来国内外有关针刺治疗FM的文献,发现针刺可通过中枢和外周多靶点、多层次发挥双向调节作用,其作用机制主要集中在调控痛觉中枢敏化、抑制炎症反应、对抗氧化应激及调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能等方面。文章归纳总结了针刺治疗FM的潜在作用机制,为临床研究提供一定的参考,为针刺治疗FM提出更优化的治疗方案。Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the related symptoms of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome(FM).It is effective,safe and has no toxic side effects.It has been widely used in clinical practice.This article reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on acupuncture in the treatment of FM in the past five years and found that acupuncture can exert a bidirectional regulatory effect through central and peripheral multiple targets and multiple levels.Its mechanism of action is mainly focused on regulating pain center sensitization,inhibiting inflammatory response,Fight oxidative stress and regulate hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis function.This article summarizes the potential mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of FM,with a view to providing a certain reference for clinical research and proposing a more optimized treatment plan for acupuncture in the treatment of FM.
