中药内服法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变研究概况

摘　　要：糖尿病是危害人类生命与健康安全的三大疾病之一,除了疾病本身给患者生活造成不便外,随着病情的进展,其产生的多种并发症对患者的影响也不容小觑。视网膜病变是常见的糖尿病并发症之一,严重影响患者的身心健康。中药内服法治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变具有疗效较好、不良反应小等优势。因此,该文对近些年来医家们对糖尿病视网膜病变病因病机的认识及中药方剂内服法医治糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效和作用机制的相关研究进行综述,为临床使用中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变提供依据与参考。Diabetes is one of the three major diseases that endanger human life and health.In addition to the inconvenience caused by the disease itself,as the disease progresses,the impact of various complications on patients cannot be underestimated.Retinopathy is one of the common complications of diabetes,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has the advantages of better efficacy and less adverse reactions.Therefore,this article reviews the relevant research on doctors'understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy in recent years and the efficacy and mechanism of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,so as to provide a basis and basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.refer to.
