摘 要:针对350 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉天然气点火系统的调试过程中存在的床下气枪在一次流化风量偏大或者热态的情况下,点火容易失败,着火后容易脱火,床上点火气枪点火困难, 床上主气枪无法着火及床上点火气枪退出后主气枪灭火等问题,通过设备改进、点火参数调整以及点火程序的优化等一系列手段,解决了现场问题,使天然气点火系统满足了锅炉启动要求。In view of the problems existing in the commissioning process of the natural gas ignition system of 350 MW supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler, such as the under bed gas guns often fail to ignite, the flames blown off after ignition, the on bed ignition gas guns are hard to ignite, and the main gas guns on the bed cannot be ignited and it extinguish fire after the bed ignition gas gun exits. Through a series of means such as equipment improvement, ignition parameters adjustment, and optimization of ignition program, the on-site problems are solved, and the natural gas ignition system meets the boiler startup requirements.
