基于环境行为学的居住区公共空间设计研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,集中式的居住区成为人们生活的主要场所。为了加强居住区公共空间设计的合理性与舒适性,提高人们的生活质量,文章以社会环境较为简单的居住区公共空间为主体,分析了其中的需求、行为与环境要素,提出可意象性原则及行为轨迹分析等设计方法。研究强调基于居民需求层次的私密性和领域性营造,并结合明清私家园林与环境行为学契合的传统设计思想,为居民区提供了公共空间设计方法。该方法为现代居住区公共空间设计提供了新途径。With the acceleration of urbanization,the concentrated residential area has become the main place in people's life.To strengthen the rationality and comfort of residential public space design,and improve people's quality of life.Based on the simple social environment of the community public space as the main body,this paper analyzes the demand,behavior,and environmental elements,puts forward the principle of imagability,behavior trajectory analysis and other design methods,study emphasizes the privacy and domain construction based on the level of residents'needs,and combines with traditional design ideas of Ming and Qing dynasties private gardens in accordance with environmental behavior,providing a public space design method for residential areas.This method can provide ideas for the design of modern residential public spaces.
