服务设计在中国老龄化进程中的设计策略探究

摘　　要：在中国老龄化进程中,服务设计从介入到做出积极的贡献,体现了其特有的价值,本文将探讨在未来老龄化社会中服务设计的策略和可能性。通过桌面研究,梳理服务设计在中国的发展和研究进展,从高校等研究机构、行业组织和相关企业的探索路径和阶段性成果,以及典型国际案例研究,探讨适老化服务设计的发展和作用。总结归纳出服务设计在中国适老化设计研究中的经验和策略。中国服务经济的快速发展以及信息技术的迭代更新为服务设计介入老龄化社会问题创造了条件,为适老化服务设计提供了可能性。In the process of ageing in China,service design has embodied its unique value from intervention to making positive contributions,and this paper will explore the strategies and possibilities of service design in the future ageing society.Through a desktop study of the development and research progress of service design in China,the exploration paths and stage results from universities and other research institutions,industry organizations and relevant enterprises,as well as typical international case studies,explores the development and role of service design in aging society.The experience and strategies of service design in the research of age-friendly design in China are summarized.The rapid development of China's service economy and the iterative update of information technology have created conditions for service design to intervene in the problems of an ageing society,offering possibilities for age-friendly service design.
