摘  要:对现阶段KANO模型在产品设计中的发展及应用现状进行梳理与分析,探讨KANO模型在未来产品设计中的发展方向。本文采用文献研究法,从KANO模型的理论基础、KANO模型的定量化改进研究、KANO模型在产品设计中的应用现状3个方面对KANO模型的文献进行了综述。目前,国内外文献主要集中在KANO模型的定量化研究和KANO模型的应用研究上;尽管KANO模型在实践中存在问卷设计难度及数据处理限制等问题,但该模型仍成功应用于多种行业,助力企业提升了产品性能和用户体验。KANO模型在产品设计中的应用将不断深化,实现对用户需求更精准的识别与满足,并通过精细化、个性化和动态化的改进策略提升模型效能,以适应复杂多变的市场环境。This paper aims to systematically review and analyze the current development and application status of the KANO model in product design,exploring its future directions in product innovation.The literature review method is employed in this study.The classification principles of the KANO model for user requirements are briefly outlined.Various research strategies for quantitatively improving the KANO model are introduced.Real-world applications of the KANO model in multiple domains are illustrated through examples,and its combined application value with other design theories,such as QFD and AHP,is summarized.Currently,both domestic and international literature predominantly focus on the quantitative research and practical applications of the KANO model.Despite challenges in questionnaire design difficulty and data processing limitations in practical implementation,the model has proven successful across various industries,aiding enterprises in enhancing product performance and user experience.The KANO model,as a crucial tool for user requirement analysis,plays a significant role in product design.With continuous refinement and integration with diverse design philosophies,the KANO model is poised to better serve the product innovation decision-making process.It assists enterprises in precisely capturing and meeting diverse user needs,thereby achieving product differentiation,competitiveness,and an elevated market position.
