摘 要:针对复杂的居住环境,产品使用场景不断细分,市面上的智能照明产品同质化严重、难以满足用户需求的问题,通过探索情境感知在智能照明产品系统设计中的应用,提出合理有效的设计方法。首先,对理论进行梳理,精炼出适合家居照明的4类情境因素:用户、环境、设备、任务。其次,通过用户研究归纳出关键情境,结合产品系统的要素、结构、功能3个方面,构建基于情境感知的智能照明产品系统。笔者总结出4类情境因素下的智能照明产品系统设计策略。将情境感知运用到智能照明产品系统的设计中,有利于从多维度深入探索用户需求,实现基本照明功能的同时,提供更精准、个性化的服务。In response to the complex living environment,product use scenarios continue to be subdivided,the homogenization of intelligent lighting products on the market is serious and difficult to meet the needs of users,by exploring the application of contextual awareness in the design of intelligent lighting product systems,and propose a reasonable and effective design approach.Firstly,the theory is sorted out to refine the four types of contextual factors suitable for home lighting:user,environment,device,and task.Secondly,the key contexts are summarized through user research,and the three aspects of the product system:elements,structure,and function are combined to build a contextaware intelligent lighting product system.The author summarizes the intelligent lighting product system design strategies under four types of situational factors.The application of context awareness theory helps to the deeply understand user from different perspectives,it can also enhance the user experience and provide more accurate and personalized services while meeting basic lighting functions for users.
