基于UCD与问题导向的单人阅览桌改良设计研究

摘　　要：为提升高校学生在图书馆内单人阅览桌的使用体验。首先,运用UCD设计思维与方法,获取用户需求,聚焦本质问题,再结合问题导向思维,将本质问题对应的用户需求层级转换为核心问题、基础问题和延伸问题,分解成若干问题微单元,最后精确锁定,逐个侦破。提出了图书馆单人阅览桌的改良设计方案。以UCD与问题导向结合的设计思维,能有效避免设计过程中的伪需求和伪问题的产生,落实产品设计研发。In order to enhance the students in the library single reading table experience.Firstly,UCD design thinking and method are used to obtain user needs and focus on essential problems.Then,combined with problem-oriented thinking,the user demand hierarchy corresponding to essential problems is transformed into core problems,basic problems and extension problems,which are decomposed into several problem micro-units.Finally,it is accurately locked and detected one by one.An improved design of single reading table in library was put forward.The design thinking combining UCD and problem orientation can effectively avoid the generation of pseudo-demands and pseudo-problems in the design process and implement product design and development.
