摘 要:制备对乙酰氨基酚软膏剂并进行体外评价,以了解软膏基质类型对药物释放的影响,为制备对乙酰氨基酚软膏剂提供依据;以5种不同类型的软膏基质制备对乙酰氨基酚软膏剂,用琼脂扩散法测定各类型软膏基质内的药物扩散速率。试验结果表明:对乙酰氨基酚在凝胶型基质中释药速率最快,对乙酰氨基酚宜制成凝胶型软膏剂。To prepare acetaminophen ointment and evaluate it in vitro,so as to understand the effect of ointment matrix type on drug release and provide basis for the preparation of acetaminophen ointment.Acetaminophen ointment was prepared with 5 different types of ointment matrix,and the drug diffusion rate in each type of ointment matrix was determined by agar diffusion method.The release rate of acetaminophen in gel matrix was the fastest.Acetaminophen should be made into gel ointment.
