摘 要:采用丁二酮肟分光光度法测定车用尿素中的镍含量,并分析了该方法的可行性、精密度和准确度。实验结果表明,该方法对不同镍含量样品的可行性及精密度良好,高镍含量的相对标准偏差为1.31%,低镍含量的相对标准偏差为9.67%,由此可见方法在测量高镍含量样品时优于低镍含量样品。且本方法针对不同镍含量样品均有较高的加标回收率,准确度良好。实验证明丁二酮肟分光光度法可用于测定车用尿素中的镍含量,且操作简单,准确度高。In this experiment,the nickel content in automotive urea was determined by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry,and the feasibility,precision and accuracy of the method were analyzed.The experimental results show that the method is feasible and accurate for samples with different nickel content.The relative standard deviation of high nickel content is 1.31%,and the relative standard deviation of low nickel content is 9.67%,indicating that the method is better than that of low nickel content.The method has high recovery rate and good accuracy for samples with different nickel content.The experimental results show that the method can be used to determine nickel content in automotive urea with simple operation and high accuracy.
