摘 要:为进一步提升煤质灰分的检测精度、速度,实现煤质灰分的在线、快速检测,在对煤质灰分检测技术中进行简单概述分析的基础上,确定以双能γ射线投射法为核心设计煤质灰分快速检测装置,并重点完成了γ射线发生装置和探测器的选型。最后,对比了所设计的煤质灰分快速检测装置对煤质灰分的检测精度和速度,均满足了预期要求。In order to further improve the detection accuracy and speed of coal ash content,achieve online and rapid detection of coal ash content,based on a brief overview and analysis of coal ash detection technology,this paper designs a rapid detection device for coal ash content with dual energyγRay projection method as the core,and focuses on the selection ofγradiation generation devices and detectors.Finally,the accuracy and speed of the designed rapid detection device for coal ash content were compared,and both met the expected requirements.
