摘 要:为了提高高密度聚乙烯PE-HD的力学性能,通过添加石膏粉的改性处理方法制备得到PE-HD/石膏粉材料,对比了不同的石膏粉添加量条件下PE-HD材料的组织结构及力学性能变化情况。通过实验测试手段对其性能进行分析,研究结果表明:当石膏粉含量改变后,材料试样结晶峰的温度也发生了显著变化,并在石膏粉质量分数达到40%时形成最低的结晶峰温度。石膏粉含量提高其强度也随之增大,石膏粉添加量超过40%后,材料冲击强度先减小后上升;塑性变形功与吸收断裂功也最高,具备良好综合性能。该研究有助于提高高密度聚乙烯材料的性能,具有很好的推广价值。In order to improve the mechanical properties of high density polyethylene PE--HD,the PE--HD/gypsum powder material was prepared by adding gypsum powder modification method.The microstructure and mechanical properties of PE--HD material were compared under different gypsum powder dosage conditions.The results show that when the content of gypsum powder changes,the crystallization peak temperature of the material samples also changes significantly,and the lowest crystallization peak temperature is formed when the content of gypsum powder reaches 40%.With the increase of gypsum powder content,the impact strength of the material increases.When the gypsum powder content exceeds 40%,the impact strength of the material first decreases and then rises.Plastic deformation work and absorbed fracture work are also the highest,with good comprehensive performance.This research is helpful to improve the performance of high density polyethylene material,and has a good popularization value.
