摘  要:为了防范丙烯酸装置焚烧炉爆鸣事故的潜在风险,提升系统装置运行的安全稳定性。首先分析了发生爆鸣事故风险的根本原因,包括设备故障损坏、人为因素以及不完善的安全监管系统,进一步探讨了焚烧炉中残留甲苯的进入对事故的主要影响,并评估了事故后果,包括人员伤亡、设备损坏、环境污染等。针对以上安全风险,提出了相应预防和处理措施,以确保焚烧炉的安全运行和风险控制。In order to prevent potential risks of combustion furnace explosion accidents in acrylic acid plants and improve the safety and stability of system operation,this article first analyzes the fundamental reasons for the risk of explosion accidents,including equipment failure and damage,human factors,and an imperfect safety supervision system.It further explores the main impact of residual toluene entering the incinerator on the accident and evaluates the consequences of the accident,including casualties,equipment damage,environmental pollution,etc.Corresponding prevention and treatment measures have been proposed to ensure the safe operation and risk control of the incinerator in response to the above safety risks.
