摘 要:针对我国煤化工废水无害化处理及资源化利用现状,系统阐述了我国煤化工企业废水产生的源头及各种类型的水质特征、废水处理工艺及其特点,结合具体案例,总结出了典型煤化工企业废水处理的经验:一是要从源头上减少水的消耗,提高水的回用率。二是要加强含盐废水“零排放”工艺及分质资源化处理的技术开发与应用。三是政府要出台相关政策,进行规范引导和产业扶持。Aiming at the present situation of harmless treatment and resource utilization of coal chemical wastewater in China and the new development pattern faced by the industry during the Fourteenth Five-year Plan period,this paper reviews the current situation of wastewater treatment processes in coal chemical industries,including the sources and characteristics of wastewater,wastewater treatment processes and the characteristics of various treatment process technologies.This paper analyzes the characteristics and water quality of the wastewater produced by various coal chemical treatment processes,puts forward the thought of the current typical coal chemical wastewater treatment process,focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the process technology currently used in each treatment stage,and gives some suggestions on the treatment of coal chemical wastewater.One is to reduce water consumption from the source and improve water reuse rate.On the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the development and application of"zero discharge"process and the technology of differentiated resource treatment of saline wastewater.Meanwhile,it is suggested that the relevant national competent departments strengthen the policy regulation and support of refinement.
