摘 要:随着智能制造技术在钢铁行业的发展应用,废钢的回收和利用在炼钢过程中变得日趋重要.实现炼钢区域废钢车间智能化运行,解决废钢天车无人化配料的技术难题已经成为当务之急.通过智能化的废钢配料系统,结合激光扫描识别技术,对无人天车进行自动调度,可以从很大程度上解决钢铁行业在物料搬运中存在的普遍难题.文章结合前人的研究与实践,给出了一种较为完整的设计方案,为炼钢区域废钢车间的智能化建设提供了相应的技术服务与方案指导.With the development and application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the steel industry,the recycling and utilization of scrap steel have become increasingly important in the steelmaking process.It has become an urgent task to achieve intelligent operation of the scrap steel workshop in the steelmaking area and solve the technical problem of unmanned batching of scrap steel overhead cranes.By using an intelligent scrap steel batching system combined with laser scanning recognition technology,automatic scheduling of unmanned overhead cranes can greatly solve the common difficulties in material handling in the steel industry.This article combines previous research and practice to provide a relatively complete design scheme,providing corresponding technical services and scheme guidance for the intelligent construction of scrap steel workshops in steelmaking areas.
