摘 要:为揭示乌头属黄草乌间作对其根际土壤微生物群落结构和多样性的影响,本研究分别采集黄草乌单作(S)、黄草乌间作玉米2∶1模式(I1)和4∶2模式(I2)的黄草乌根际土壤,利用Illumina-MiSeq高通量测序技术分析真菌和细菌群落组成及多样性。结果表明:黄草乌间作玉米提高了黄草乌根际土壤中微生物群落的丰富度和多样性;黄草乌根际土壤的优势细菌门为芽单胞菌门、变形菌门、酸杆菌门和放线菌门,主要的优势细菌属有12种;优势真菌门为被孢霉门、子囊菌门、和担子菌门,主要的优势真菌属有8种。冗余分析(RDA)显示,有效磷和全钾含量对土壤微生物群落结构的影响强度最大;相关性分析也表明,土壤理化指标均与不同优势菌门存在密切的相关关系。本研究通过高通量测序方法,分析黄草乌与玉米间作对根际微生物群落结构的影响,这为进一步揭示黄草乌间作优势机理提供一定理论依据。In order to reveal the effect of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.intercropping on the community compo-sition and diversity of rhizosphere soil,the single cultivation of A.vilmorinianum Kom.(S),theA.vilmorinianum Kom.intercropping maize 2∶1 mode(I1)and 4∶2(I2)mode were collected respectively of A.vilmorinianum Kom.rhizo-sphere soil.Using Illumina-MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the fungal and bacterial community composition and diversity,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the advantages of A.vil-morinianum Kom..other crops intercropping.The results showed that the intercropping maize of A.vilmorinianum Kom.increased the abundance and diversity of the microbial community in the rhizosphere soil of the A.vil-morinianum Kom.The dominant bacteria phyla in the rhizosphere soil of A.vilmorinianum Kom.are Gemmati-monadete,Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria,and there are 12 dominant bacteria genera.The dom-inant fungal phyla are Mortierellomycota,Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,and there are 8 dominant fungal gene-ra.Redundancy analysis(RDA)showing that available phosphorus and total potassium has the greatest influence on the structure of soil microbial community;correlation analysis also shows that soil physical and chemical indi-cators are closely related to different dominant bacteria phyla.In this study,high-throughput sequencing methods were used to analyze the effect of the intercropping of A.vilmorinianum Kom.and maize on the rhizosphere microbial community structure,and provide a theoretical basis for further revealing the dominant mechanism of A.vilmorinianum Kom.and maize intercropping.
