摘  要:为掌握广西典型行业VOCs排放情况,选取广西橡塑制品、石油化工、涂料制造、包装印刷、金属表面处理和电子元器件制造共六类行业19家典型企业进行采样,分析不同行业VOCs排放特征,并构建源成分谱。结果表明:橡塑制品和石油化工行业VOCs均以烷烃(46.9%和47.5%)为主;涂料制造和金属表面处理行业以芳香烃(88.7%和46.7%)为主;包装印刷行业以异丙醇和乙酸乙酯等OVOCs为主;电子元器件制造行业以芳香烃(41.0%)和OVOCs(40.5%)为主,特征组分为2-丁酮、苯乙烯和间/对二甲苯。同一行业不同原辅材料及工艺流程源谱差异较大,为了精准溯源建立本地化的VOCs源谱至关重要。In order to analyze the emission characteristics of VOCs in different industries,the source component spectrum was constructed.Overall 19 typical enterprises in six industries of rubber and plastic products,petrochemical industry,coating manufacturing,packaging and printing,metal surface treatment and electronic components manufacturing in Guangxi were selected for sampling.The results showed that the characteristic components of VOCs in the rubber and plastic products and petrochemical industry are dominated by alkanes(46.9% and 47.5%);The aromatic hydrocarbon was the typical emission component in coating manufacturing(88.7%)and metal surface treatment industry(46.7%).In the packaging and printing industry,OVOCs was the main contribution component,among which isopropyl alcohol and ethyl acetate contributed more prominently.The VOCs emission components of electronic components manufacturing industry are mainly aromatic hydrocarbons and OVOCs.The main characteristic groups are divided into 2-butanone,styrene and M-p-xylene.The source spectrum are quite different because of different raw and auxiliary materials and process flows in the same industry.It is important to establish a localized source spectrum of VOCs for accurate local traceability.
