摘 要:制备浓度均为5%的硫酸溶液和柠檬酸溶液模拟污水环境,对比研究了普通混凝土(NC)和超高性能混凝土(UHPC)在模拟污水环境中的耐腐蚀性能和劣化过程。结果表明:经两种腐蚀溶液浸泡后,UHPC的外观破坏、腐蚀深度及劣化深度均远低于NC;浸泡106 d后,浸泡UHPC腐蚀溶液的pH值趋于稳定,而浸泡NC的腐蚀溶液pH值则持续上升;与NC相比,经硫酸溶液浸泡后,UHPC腐蚀表面的微观结构更密实,腐蚀表面仍有富余的Ca2+来有效防止硫渗入,从而使UHPC更耐酸腐蚀。Sulfuric acid solution and citric acid solution,both with the concentration of 5%,were prepared to simulate the sewage environment,and the corrosion resistance and deterioration process of normal concrete(NC)and ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)in the simulated sewage environment were compared and studied.The results show that after soaking in the two corrosive solutions,the appearance damage,corrosion depth and deterioration depth of UHPC are much lower than those of NC.After soaking for 106 d,the pH value of the corrosion solution soaked in UHPC immersed tends to stabilize,while the pH value of the corrosion solution soaked in NC continues to increase.Compared with NC,the microstructure of the corrosion surface of UHPC is denser after soaking in sulfuric acid solution,and the corrosion surface is still rich in calcium to effectively prevent sulfur infiltration,which makes UHPC more resistant to acid corrosion.
