摘 要:装备作战能力是装备潜在能力的度量,客观准确的量化评估结果对于科学决策装备全寿命周期过程活动具有重要意义。针对装备作战能力评估中指标覆盖不全面、指标权重不确定性大等问题,建立了基于层次分析法的评估指标体系构建途径,提出了基于改进灰色关联分析法的指标权重求解方法。以某型装甲装备为例,验证了方法的可行性,为装备作战能力的量化评估提供了方法支撑。Equipment combat capability is the measurement of the potential equipment capability.The objective and accurate quantitative evaluation result is of great significance for scientific decisionmaking on the whole life cycle activities of equipment.In response to such problems as the incomplete coverage of evaluation indexes and the uncertainty of index weight in equipment combat capability evaluation,a method of constructing the evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is built and an index weight solution method based on improved gray correlation method is proposed.The feasibility of the method is verified by taking an armored equipment as an example,the method support is provided for the quantitative evaluation of equipment combat capability.
