摘　　要：主变压器调压开关在长期运行过程中,由于设备密封胶圈老化会出现渗漏油等。目前变压器观察窗处渗漏油或更换须将调压开关顶盖整体拆除后再进行拆卸观察窗。现有技术中暂无变压器观察窗相关的专用拆卸工具,为解决上述问题,文章研制设计一种观察窗拆卸工具,并对该工具的研究思路、研究要求及实施方案进行了介绍,该工具应用前景好、经济效益高、安全效益好,可广泛推广使用。During the long-term operation of the main transformer regulator,oil leakage will occur due to the aging of the equipment sealing rubber ring.At present,the observation window of the transformer is leaking oil or replacing it.The top cover of the voltage regulator switch must be completely removed before removing the observation window.There is no special disassembly tool related to transformer observation window in the prior art,in order to solve the above problems,this paper develops and designs an observation window disassembly tool,and describes the research idea,research requirements and implementation plan of the tool.The tool has a good application prospect,high economic benefit and good safety benefit,and can be widely used.
