摘 要:碳素钢上电镀装饰性双层镍套铬的孔隙率、形貌、粗糙度、抗拉强度以及钝化性能决定产品的质量。用贴滤纸法测镀层的孔隙率,用形状测量激光显微系统测镀层的表面粗糙度和三维形貌,同时,测试了镀层的抗拉强度和电化学阻抗谱。结果显示:60#和55#两种碳素钢镀单层半光亮镍后直达基体铁的孔隙率都最多,平均数为16.82个·cm^(-2);除氢后相对于未除氢的镀铬层,60#钢样品直达基体铁的孔隙率下降了0.19个·cm^(-2),而55#钢样品的孔隙率增加了1.46个·cm^(-2)。60#和55#钢的单层镍表面粗糙度最高,分别为0.460μm和0.523μm,双层镍上镀铬后60#钢样品的表面粗糙度降低了0.036μm,而55#钢样品的表面粗糙度增加了0.016μm,除氢降低了铬镀层的粗糙度。镀铬镀层碳素钢抗拉强度最小,除氢不仅能提高镀铬后的抗拉强度,而且增加了60#钢镀层的钝化性能。The porosity,morphology,roughness,tensile strength and passivation properties of the decorative double-layer Ni/Cr plated on carbon steel determine the quality of the product.The porosity of the coating was measured by the weting filter paper method,the surface roughness and three-dimensional morphology of the coating were measured by the laser microscopy system,and the tensile strength and electrochemical impedance spectrum of the coating were tested.The results showed that carbon steels 60#and 55#had the highest porosity of 16.82 pcs/cm^(2) after being plated with a single layer of semibright nickel.Compared to the chrome-plated after hydrogen removal,the porosity of 60#steel sample decreased by 0.19 pcs/cm^(2),while the porosity of the 55#steel increased by 1.46 pcs/cm^(2).The single-layer nickel surface roughness of 60#and 55#steel was 0.460μm and 0.523μm,respectively.The surface roughness of 60#steel sample decreased by 0.036μm after chrome plating,while the surface roughness of 55#steel sample increased by 0.016μm,hydrogen removal process decreased roughness of chrome plating.The tensile strength of carbon steel after chrome plating is the smallest,and can not only improve the tensile strength after chromium plating,but also increase the passivation performance of the plating on 60#steel.
