摘　　要：随着科技的日新月异,家居的高楼大厦也在朝着智能化的方向发展。基于3G的高层楼宇家庭远程监控报警系统旨在将家庭智能建筑内部的各类物联感知前端的数据进行统一汇聚传输至远程监控报警系统,把数据提供给实战指挥平台进行集成,指挥人员可在实战指挥平台上直观地查看建筑内部消防传感器状态,为指挥决策提供数据支撑。同时,利用3G等多种现代信息技术手段,对可燃气体探测器、烟雾探测等设施正确采集多传感器数据并实施监控,可实现家庭智能防火预警系统监控和报警火灾的目标,从而达到预期目的。With the rapid development of technology,high-rise residential buildings are also developing towards intelligence.The 3G based remote monitoring and alarm system for high-rise building families developed in the paper aims to unify and transmit various IoT sensing front-end data within the intelligent building to the remote monitoring and alarm system,providing data to the actual command platform for integration.Commanders can intuitively view the status of fire sensors inside the building on the actual command platform,providing data support for command decision-making.At the same time,by utilizing various modern information technology methods such as 3G,multi-sensor data can be correctly collected and monitored for facilities such as combustible gas detectors and smoke detectors,achieving the goal of using a home intelligent fire warning system to monitor and alarm fires,thus achieving the expected goal.
