摘  要:通过共沉淀法制备了FeMnTiO_(x)催化剂,通过调变焙烧温度和Fe/Mn摩尔比调控催化剂的表面酸性和氧化还原能力,从而优化协同脱硝脱汞性能。利用X射线衍射、电子显微镜、N_(2)吸附/解吸、氢气程序升温还原、氨气程序升温脱附和X射线光电子能谱等手段分析催化剂的结构和催化反应机理。结果表明,焙烧温度为400℃、Fe/Mn摩尔比为0.5时,Fe_(0.5)MnTiO_(x)-400催化剂在150~330℃范围内的NO转化率大于90%;在200℃下的Hg^(0)转化率高于90%,脱硝效率达到100%,表现出良好的协同脱硝脱汞性能。FeMnTiO_(x) catalyst is prepared via co⁃precipitation method,and the surface acidity and redox capacity of the catalyst is regulated through varying the calcination temperature and the Fe/Mn molar ratio,therefore its performance in synergistic denitrification and mercury removal is optimized.The structure of FeMnTiO_(x) catalyst and the catalytic reaction mechanism are analyzed by using X⁃ray diffraction,electron microscopy,N_(2) adsorption/desorption,hydrogen temperature⁃programmed reduction,ammonia temperature⁃programmed desorption and X⁃ray photoelectron spectroscopy.It is indicated that the conversion of NO by Fe_(0.5)MnTiO_(x)⁃400 catalyst exceeds 90%in the temperature range of 150-330℃when the catalyst is prepared at a calcination temperature of 400℃and a Fe/Mn molar ratio of 0.5.By using this catalyst,the conversion of Hg^(0) at 200℃is higher than 90%,and the denitrification efficiency reaches 100%,showing good synergistic denitrification and mercury removal performance.
