摘 要:将ZIF-67与g-C_(3)N_(4)按一定质量比复合制备Co_(3)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合光催化材料,并以此来提高Co_(3)O_(4)的光催化性能。利用XRD、SEM和FT-IR对复合材料结构、性能和元素分布进行表征。结果表明,当盐酸四环素(TC-HCl)质量浓度为3 mg/L、质量分数为3%的Co_(3)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)投加量为15 mg且pH为中性时,催化剂光催化性能最佳,90 min降解盐酸四环素效率达到了91.1%。3%Co_(3)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合光催化剂重复使用5次后,其降解率仍可达到88.5%,表明该材料具有一定的光催化稳定性和重复利用性。体系自由基捕获实验证明,产生了·O^(-)_(2)、h^(+)、·OH 3种自由基,其中·O^(-)_(2)在Co_(3)O_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)光催化降解TC-HCl中发挥主要作用。To improve the photocatalytic performance of Co_(3)O_(4),a Co_(3)O_(4)/g⁃C_(3)N_(4) composite photocatalytic material is prepared from ZIF⁃67 and g⁃C_(3)N_(4) through calcining ZIF⁃67 with MOF template.The structure,properties and elements distribution of the prepared samples are characterized by means of XRD,SEM and FT⁃IR.The results show that the catalyst exhibits the best photocatalytic performance with a degradation efficiency of 91.1%in 90 min when the concentration of tetracycline hydrochloride is 3 mg·L^(-1),the dosage of Co_(3)O_(4)/g⁃C_(3)N_(4) with a mass ratio of 3%is 15 mg and pH is neutral.The degradation rate can still reach 88.5%after the 3%Co_(3)O_(4)/g⁃C_(3)N_(4) composite photocatalyst has been reused for 5 times,indicating a certain photocatalytic stability and reusability.It is verified through system radical capture experiments that three kinds of free radicals including·O^(2-),h^(+)and·OH are produced,among them·O^(2-)plays a major role in the photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride by Co_(3)O_(4)/g⁃C_(3)N_(4).
