双预切在两切分轧制中的应用

摘　　要：在棒线生产中,将一根轧件在特殊的孔型中轧出两根或两根以上的关联轧件,借助于轧辊或其他切分装置沿纵向剖分成数根单轧件的轧制方法叫切分轧制.切分轧制有显著节省能源和提高轧机作业率的优点,多应用于钢坯、简单断面型材和棒材的生产上.剖分并联轧件的方法有多种,其中主切分的方法有切分轮切分法、圆盘剪切分法,轧辊切分法和火焰切分法等.而在棒材实际生产中,都采用轧辊切分和切分轮切分配合轧制,在中、大型棒材规格生产中,由于轧件轧制道次较少,出口线速度受限等因素影响,都是两切分轧制.In the production of bar,the rolling method of dividing a piece into two or more related pieces in a special pass and dividing it into several single pieces along the longitudinal direction by means of rollers or other slitting devices is called slitting rolling.Slitting rolling has the advantages of saving energy and improving the productivity of rolling mill,which is mostly used in the production of billets,simple section profiles and bars.There are many methods to split the parallel rolled pieces,among which the main splitting methods include the splitting wheel splitting method,the disc shearing method,the roll splitting method and the flame splitting method.However,in the actual production of bar,roll slitting and slitting wheel slitting are used to cooperate with rolling.In the production of medium and large bar specifications,due to the less rolling passes of rolled pieces,the limited exit linear speed and other factors,the two-slitter rolling is used.
