摘  要:研究了6-硝基-1,2,4-酸氧体的连续化合成工艺:以1,2,4-酸氧体为起始原料,将其溶解于浓硫酸中,再与硝酸反应。考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应停留时间等工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明,当n(氧体)︰n(硝酸)︰n(硫酸)=1︰1.06︰7.56、反应体系温度为0~5℃、回路反应器停留时间为180 min时,反应效果最佳。6-Nitro-1,2,4-acid oxidatoid was synthesized from 1,2,4-acid oxidatoid by continuous process of dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid and then reacted with nitric acid.The effects of process conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time,and reaction residence time on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the optimum condition was achieved when n(oxygen):n(nitric acid):n(sulfuric acid)=1∶1.06∶7.56,the reaction temperature was 0~5℃,and the residence time of the loop reactor was 180 minutes.
