摘　　要：充分运用中华优秀传统文化的宝贵资源,对“兵学圣典”《孙子兵法》中的战略管理思想进行创造性转化、创新性发展,力求建构一个中国式战略管理自主知识体系,为世界百年未有之大变局下中国企业提升战略管理水平提供强有力的思想指引,也为世界战略管理理论的发展贡献中国智慧。这一中国式战略管理自主知识体系建构于兵家思想独具特色的概念体系的基础之上,形成了既逻辑严密又有助于与西方现代战略管理理论有效对接的“战略管理价值—战略管理主体—战略管理过程”框架体系以及包含人本思维、系统思维、辩证思维、博弈思维在内的独树一帜的思维体系。To fully utilize of the valuable resources embedded in traditional Chinese culture,this research is committed to the creative transformation and innovative development of strategic management based on the principles derived from the Sun Tzu's Art of War,“canon of military science”.It aims to establish China's independent system of knowledge in the field of strategic management,which not only provides robust intellectual guidance for Chinese enterprises operating in an unprecedented era of global transformation,but also contributes Chinese wisdom to the theory on the development of global strategic management.This system is built on the unique conceptual system of military thought,forming a framework focusing on the value,subject,and process of strategic management both logically rigorous and effectively connected with western theories on modern strategic management.It is also a unique system of thinking consisting of humanistic logic,systematic logic,dialectical logic,and game logic.
