摘　　要：目的:设计基于护理管理系统的排班系统,提高临床护理工作管理效果。方法:结合护理人员排班规则和临床需求,设计开发基于护理管理系统的排班系统,并应用于临床。结果:基于护理管理系统的排班系统投入使用后,护理部对护理人员的管理和人力资源调配更为便利,排班数据得到了精准统计,护理管理人员排班耗时、考勤统计耗时、护理敏感指标统计数据耗时均明显缩短,护理管理人员改动班次次数明显减少。结论:基于护理管理系统的排班系统的应用,提升了临床护理管理工作的数字化程度和精细化水平。Objective To design a scheduling system based on nursing management system to improve the management effect of clinical nursing.Methods Combined with the nursing staff scheduling rules and clinical needs,a scheduling system based on the nursing management system was designed and developed,and applied to clinical practice.Results After the scheduling system based on the nursing management system was put into use,the management of nursing staff and the allocation of human resources were more convenient for the Nursing Department.The scheduling data were accurately counted,and the time spent on shift scheduling,attendance counting and nursing�sensitive indexes were significantly shortened.Furthermore,the number of shifts changed by nursing managers was significantly reduced.Conclusion The application of the scheduling system based on nursing management system can improve the level of IT application and refinement of clinical nursing management.
