摘　　要：为形成运营隧道结构健康状态诊断的系统认识,从诊断指标体系、诊断指标分级判定标准、健康状态诊断方法和健康诊断系统4个方面,详细阐述和分析了隧道健康诊断发展现状,探讨健康诊断研究存在的不足,并指出未来可能的研究方向。In order to form a systematic understanding of health status diagnosis of operational tunnel structure,the development status of health status diagnosis of tunnel was elaborated and analyzed from four aspects:diagnosis index system,diagnosis index grading criteria,health status diagnosis method and diagnosis system,and the shortcomings of health diagnosis research were discussed and the possible research directions in the future were pointed out.
