摘  要:目的:观察经内踝截骨自体膝关节软骨移植治疗距骨骨软骨损伤伴囊肿的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月至2022年6月诊治的21例距骨骨软骨损伤伴囊肿患者,经内踝截骨显露距骨内后侧病变,于同侧股骨外髁非负重区取膝关节软骨,将其移植于距骨病变处。结果:本组手术时间为83~120 min,平均为98 min;术中出血量为20~35 m L,平均为23.4 mL。21例均获得随访,随访时间平均为18.1个月(12~36个月)。结论:此方法疗效确切,可明显减轻踝关节肿痛,改善踝关节功能,临床疗效满意。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of autologous knee joint cartilage transplantation through medial malleolus osteotomy for the treatment of talus osteochondral injury with cysts.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 21 patients with talus osteochondral injury and cyst diagnosed and treated from June 2019 to June 2022.The medial posterior aspect of the talus was exposed through medial malleolus osteotomy,and the knee joint cartilage was taken from the non weight-bearing area of the ipsilateral femoral condyle and transplanted to the lesion site of the talus.Results:The surgical time in this group ranged from 83 to 120 min,with an average of 98 min.The intraoperative bleeding volume was 20-35 mL,with an average of 23.4 mL.All 21 cases were followed up,with an average follow-up time of 18.1 months(12-36 months).Conclusion:This method has a definite therapeutic effect,can significantly reduce ankle joint swelling and pain,effectively improve ankle joint function,and has a satisfactory clinical effect.
