摘 要:随着化石能源消耗的增加,碳排放量不断上升,环境和能源问题受到了人们的重视。在余热回收方面,有机朗肯循环、压缩-吸收覆叠制冷系统等取得了巨大进步。文章对以余热回收为目标的换热器耦合冷联产系统展开了探索,分析了系统的集成和优化设计,并通过工业实践验证了系统的可行性和有效性。实践证明,该方法具备提升能源效率和降低能源成本的功能与作用,具有较高的应用价值。With the increase in fossil energy consumption and the continuous rise in carbon emissions,environmental and energy issues have received attention from people.In terms of waste heat recovery,organic Rankine cycles,compression absorption cascade refrigeration systems,and others have made significant progress.This article explores a heat exchanger coupled cold cogeneration system with the goal of waste heat recovery,analyzes the integration and optimization design of the system,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system through industrial practice.Practice has proven that this method has the function and effect of improving energy efficiency and reducing energy costs,and has high application value.
