摘　　要：信息技术推动了通信工程、技术管理等领域的深刻变革,其中通信工程项目管理是管理学中的一个分支,旨在通过诸多技术手段和管理方案实现效益最大化。文章以公司通信工程项目管理实践中的数据为研究对象,利用统计分析、数学分析等工具对客户满意度、质量得分、安全得分三类数据进行了处理和分析,以找出数据变化的规律和特征,进而通过数据结果预测并指导当前的质量、安全管理工作。Information technology has driven profound changes in fields such as communication engineering and technology management,among which communication engineering project management is a branch of management that aims to maximize benefits through various technical means and management solutions.This article takes data from the practice of communication engineering project management in the company as the research object,and uses tools such as statistical analysis and mathematical analysis to process and analyze customer satisfaction,quality score,and safety score,in order to identify the patterns and characteristics of data changes,and then predict and guide current quality and safety management work through data results.
