摘　　要：针对中国现行《海绵城市建设评价标准》强调环境效益、对微观尺度的海绵城市建设项目关注度不够的现象,通过文献爬梳、3轮专家问卷调研和3个建成项目的实证评价研究,逐步确立了海绵城市建设项目在环境、社会、经济与美学方面的11项效益及其指标构成、各项指标的含义、评价方法和评分标准,构建了以多元价值为导向的“海绵城市建设项目绩效评价体系”。该体系能够为海绵城市建设的相关政策、标准、规范的制定提供参考,为创造可持续的雨水景观设计实践提供依据。In view of the fact that the current EvaluationStandard of Sponge City emphasizes environmental benefits and pays less attention to micro-scale projects,this study has gradually established the multi-value-oriented"sponge city construction project performance evaluation system",including 11 benefits in the environmental,social,economic and aesthetic aspects,through literature study,three rounds of expert questionnaire survey,and three proven projects.This system can provide reference for relevant policies,standards and norms of sponge city construction,and provide a basis for the creation of sustainable rainwater landscape design practices.
