“城市更新+文旅”的城市孤岛空间多维拓扑结构与功能重塑研究——以广州市黄埔古村为例

摘　　要：从列斐伏尔都市社会理论、德勒兹褶子说、阿特金Q分析等理论动力源出发来分析城市孤岛与周边现代化城市排斥与包容的辩证关系,并构建了城市孤岛“C-B”空间4维拓扑结构集合。采用观察法、半结构访谈法、文本分析法等数据获取方法,从历时性拓扑演化的过程中,提炼出黄埔古村“村港一体”的拓扑不变量;从共时性的角度聚焦第四次拓扑结构,探索出“城市更新+文旅”的空间功能重塑模式是黄埔古村为代表的城市孤岛有效实施新时代空间转型发展的具体路径之一。According to the theoretical sources such as Lefebvre's urban social theory,Deleuze's pleats theory,and Atkin's Q analysis,this paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between urban island and surrounding modern cities,and constructs a 4-dimensional topological structure set of urban island"C-B"space.The data acquisition methods such as observation,semi-structured interview and text analysis are used to extract the topological property of the"integration of village and port"in Huangpu village from the process of diachronic topological evolution.Focusing on the fourth topological structure from the perspective of synchronicity,the spatial function remodeling mode of"urban renewal+cultural tourism"is explored,which is one of the specific paths for the effective implementation of spatial transformation and development in urban islands.
