摘　　要：河流岸线的有效保护和合理利用对区域生态文明建设和经济社会发展具有重要影响。为做好滁河(安徽段)岸线保护与利用规划工作,在分析流域河道岸线开发利用现状的基础上,确定了岸线边界线、功能分区,提出岸线管控要求,并对岸线规划与相关规划的协调衔接进行了梳理。规划的编制对河长制管理具有重要的指导作用。The effective protection and rational utilization of river shoreline have an important influence on the construction of regional ecological civilization and economic and social development.In order to do a good job in the shoreline protection and utilization planning of Chuhe River(Anhui section),based on the analysis of the current situation of river shoreline development and utilization,the shoreline boundary line and functional zoning are determined,the shoreline control requirements are put forward,and the coordination and connection between shoreline planning and related planning are sorted out.The compilation of planning plays an important guiding role in the management of river chief system.
