摘 要:为解决矿山充填与煤炭开采之间时空干涉难题,实现矿井安全、高效充填开采。结合李家壕矿井生产系统和开采条件,提出采空区架间底板拖管非胶结膏体充填技术。为确保该技术可行及充填参数的有据可依,遂建立非胶结膏体架间底板拖管充填采空区物理模型,以矸石和粉煤灰为骨料制备非胶结膏体充填材料,分析最大粒径和质量浓度对浆液采空区内流动特性的交互影响。研究结果表明:①浆液充填量主要受矸石粒度的影响,质量浓度主要影响浆液在采空区内的扩散速度;②随着浆液充填量的增加,采空区内的空隙逐渐趋于饱和,且渗透方式呈现出以管口为球心的半球形扩散分布;③模拟试验揭示了浆液中矸石颗粒在采空区流动扩散阻塞机理;④沿管道走向依次剖开断面,浆液中矸石级配和质量浓度有明显的分选性。In order to solve the problem of spatiotemporal interference between mine filling and coal mining,and realize safe and efficient filling and mining,combining with the production system and mining conditions of Lijiahao Mine,the non-cemented paste goaf filling technology with floor drag pipe between supports was developed.In order to ensure the feasibility of the technology and provide reliable filling parameters,a physical model was established,and non-cemented paste filling materials were prepared using gangue and fly ash as aggregates,and the interaction between maximum particle size and mass concentration on the flow characteristics of slurry goaf was analyzed.The results show that:The filling amount of slurry is mainly affected by the particle size of gangue,and the mass concentration mainly affects the diffusion rate of slurry in the goaf;With the increase of slurry filling,the voids in the goaf gradually tend to be saturated,and the permeation mode shows a hemispherical diffusion distribution with the nozzle as the spherical center;The mechanism of slurry flow diffusion and obstruction in the goaf area is revealed by the simulation test;The sections are cut sequentially along the pipeline trend,and the gangue gradation and mass concentration in the slurry have obvious separability.
