摘 要:猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)是猪圆环病毒相关疾病(PCVAD)的主要病原,感染后会导致猪淋巴系统功能衰竭和免疫抑制,严重危害养猪业的正常生产。近年来,PCV2疫苗的研发一直备受关注,相关研究已取得一定进展,已上市了多种疫苗,包括灭活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、嵌合疫苗和合成肽疫苗等。此外,研究人员还在疫苗的免疫机制和接种策略方面进行了深入探讨,为疫苗的研发和应用提供了重要的理论支持。然而,目前PCV2疫苗的研究仍面临着诸多挑战,如临床流行的主要毒株从PCV2b逐渐转变为PCV2d,疫苗安全性、长期免疫效果等,现有疫苗的免疫效果仍需进一步研究证实。本文对PCV2及其现有疫苗的生产现状、新型疫苗的研发进展、佐剂在疫苗中的应用、疫苗对不同基因型的保护能力等进行了综述,以期为我国有效防控PCVAD提供科学参考。Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)is the major pathogen of porcine circovirus related diseases(PCVAD),which causes lym⁃phatic system failure and immune suppression after infection and seriously harms the normal production of the pig industry.In recent years,the research and development of PCV2 vaccine has been concerned,and relevant research has made certain progress,and a variety of vac⁃cines have been commercialized,including inactivated vaccines,subunit vaccines,chimeric vaccines and synthetic peptide vaccines.In ad⁃dition,researchers have also conducted in-depth discussions on the immune mechanism and vaccination strategy of vaccines,providing im⁃portant theoretical support for the development and application of vaccines.However,the current research on PCV2 vaccines still faces many challenges,such as the gradual variation of the main strain in clinical circulation from PCV2b to PCV2d,vaccine safety,long-term immune effect,etc.The immune effect of the existing vaccines still requires confirming by further studies.This article reviews the production status of PCV2 and its existing vaccines,the research on and development progress in new vaccines,the application of adjuvants in vaccines,and the protection ability of vaccines against different genotypes,in order to provide scientific reference for effective prevention and control of PCVAD in China.
