摘　　要：韧性原指物理学意义上物质受到外力冲击时的复原能力,后拓展应用到社会科学研究中,表现为特定系统基于自身学习、适应和调节实现自身发展的稳固性和持续性。就共同体系统而言,韧性蕴含着对于内部差异整合、外部风险抵御、动态发展进化的逻辑内涵,与共同体强调内部成员的有机联系相契合,对多民族共同体研究具有高度适切性。从中华民族历史考察和现实发展看,国家制度整合带来的政治韧性保障、成果发展共享促成的经济韧性基础、文化开放包容凝结的文化韧性纽带和民族密切交往推动的社会韧性资本赋予了中华民族共同体稳固韧性的内在特质。中华民族共同体韧性建设并非“完成时”,而是一直“在路上”,其内核在于持续增强内部“共同性”。新时代中华民族共同体韧性建设的实践进路要从领导体系、政策体系、治理体系、话语体系等多个维度共同发力,确保各民族发展同向同行、同频共振、同心协力、同声共气,从而有效增强中华民族对外部风险的应对能力和内部改革发展的凝聚力、战斗力。Resilience refers in physics to restorability even when a substance has been impacted by an external force.If one applies this to social science research,it presents robustness and continuity that a specific system realizes as its own development on the basis of its own learning,adaptation,and adjustment.The community for the Chinese nation is a community with resilience.Its resilience possesses the isomorphism of“two sides in one”,and is a procedure of objective development and subjective construction,therefore,the research returns to the conceptual origin of the community for the Chinese nation,introduces the theoretical concept of resilience,deeply analyzes connotation essence,motivation,and practice approach in resilience construction of the community for the Chinese nation,provides new theoretical perspectives for deepening and expanding the research on the community for the Chinese nation.The resilience of the community for the Chinese nation possesses polyphyly,and it has been proven that there are four main resilience elements in it:Politics,economics,culture,and society.As for politics,research indicates it achieves an effective and orderly integration of the forces of various ethnic groups through the state,and the people of all ethnic groups are the masters of the country,constituting a political resilience guarantee for the national community.In the case of economics,it seriously promotes economic development of ethnic regions.Moreover,development achievements are shared by various ethnic groups,creating common prosperity and accelerating a continuous promotion of mutual trust and cohesion among various ethnic peoples,forming an economic resilience basis of the community for the Chinese nation.The characteristics of Chinese culture,such as openness,inclusiveness,and an all-embracing attitude,have brought different ethnic groups into a unified Chinese nation.Indeed,different ethnic groups have developed a strong cultural identification with the Chinese nation,forming hereby the cultural resilience
