摘 要:该技术依托天津地铁5号线成林道站~津塘路站区间为上下重叠隧道施工中各项难题,通过模型计算分析、先建隧道结构加强和可拆卸环形支撑加固等综合技术,有效地解决了施工中的各项难题,完成了长距离盾构重叠施工。该项技术成果取得了显著的社会效益及经济效益,对城市地铁设计和施工具有积极的借鉴意义,推广应用价值前景广阔。This technology relies on various difficulties in the construction of upper and lower overlapping tunnels in the section between Chenglindao Station and Jintang Road Station on Tianjin Metro Line 5.Through comprehensive technologies such as model calculation analysis,reinforcement of the pre built tunnel structure,and detachable circular support reinforcement,it effectively solves various difficulties in construction and completes long-distance shield tunneling overlapping construction.This technological achievement has achieved significant social and economic benefits,and has positive reference significance for urban subway design and construction,with broad prospects for promotion and application value.
