摘 要:基于全聚焦成像技术,对风机主轴表面开口裂纹进行了成像检测和量化表征.建立了含表面开口裂纹的风机主轴阵列检测仿真模型,利用仿真数据和全聚焦算法进行了成像检测;基于圆形声源固体指向性函数,提出了双向补偿与极性一致因子加权的复合全聚焦成像算法,利用仿真数据对算法进行了验证.结果表明,改进的算法能够有效消除伪像,提高成像质量.对主轴试样上的裂纹进行了成像检测与量化,裂纹的轴向定位误差小于2%,深度量化误差小于8%.Based on the total focus method(TFM)of imaging technology,the imaging examination and quantitative characterization of surface opening cracks on wind turbine main shaft were carried out.An array detection simulation model of wind turbine main shaft containing surfacebreaking cracks was established,and the TFM imaging detection was carried out using the simulation data and the total focus algorithm.Based on the solid directivity function of planar circular piston acoustic source,a compounding total focus imaging algorithm with bi-directional compensation and weighted by sign coherence factor was proposed,and the algorithm was verified using the simulation data.The results showed that the improved algorithm could effectively eliminate the artifacts and improve the imaging quality.Cracks on the shaft specimen were imaged and quantified.Moreover,the axial positioning error of the cracks is less than 2%,and the depth quantization error is less than 8%.
