摘  要:“双碳”背景下,为响应国家实现制造强国的战略目标,近两年深圳市出台了一系列政策文件,为发展壮大战略性新兴产业集群、培育发展未来产业做好了顶层规划。然而,工业用地紧缺一直是深圳市实现产业发展目标的难题,同时伴随着用地成本攀升、老旧工业园区改造周期长等问题。“工业上楼”作为一种新的产业空间供给模式,为加快建设具有全球影响力的科技和产业创新高地提供了有力保障。“工业上楼”并不是简单的厂房楼层叠加,而是产业空间与产业活动以及产业资金的高度密集化。参照《广东省高标准厂房设计规范》(征求意见稿),结合国内外先进设计经验,依据《深圳市工业区块线管理办法》(深府规[2018]14号)、《深圳市建筑设计规则》等有关规定,推导出高层工业厂房绿色建筑设计定性评价标准,为类似“工业上楼”项目实施策略提供参考依据。Under the background of“dual carbon”,in response to the country's strategic goal of becoming a powerful manufacturing country,Shenzhen has issued a series of policy documents in the past two years to make a top-level plan for the development and expansion of strategic emerging industrial clusters and the cultivation and development of future industries.However,the shortage of industrial land has always been a difficult problem for Shenzhen to achieve its industrial development goals,accompanied by rising land costs and long transformation cycle of old industrial parks.As a new mode of industrial space supply,industry going upstairs provides a strong guarantee for accelerating the construction of technological and industrial innovation highlands with global influence.Industrial upstairs is not a simple superposition of factory floors,but a high concentration of industrial space and industrial activities and industrial funds.The research in this paper is based on the Guangdong Provincial High Standard Factory Building Design Specification(Draft for Comments),combined with advanced design experience at home and abroad,according to the Shenzhen Industrial Block Line Management Measures,Shenzhen Architectural Design Rules and other relevant provisions,the relevant high-rise industrial building green design qualitative evaluation criteria are derived,which provides a reference for the implementation strategy of similar industrial upstairs projects.
